Synergetic Service Corp is a construction company based in Wilmington, North Carolina. We have been installing and maintaining vehicle barrier security systems, aircraft support equipment, and other specialized products since 2003. Most of our projects are located on military bases and airports, but we also work at other types of secure federal government and commercial facilities.

This is job for someone who has skills and experience across a broad spectrum of construction trades and likes to do something different everyday. Our work involves the entire process of installing and maintaining the various products we support. We understand that no one can be a master of everything, but it is our ability to efficiently self-perform a combination of common civil, mechanical, and electrical construction tasks that is key to the service our customers trust us to provide.

A typical installation project can include:

• Concrete and Asphalt Sawing
• Demolition and Excavation
• Concrete Form Construction and Rebar Work
• Concrete Placement and Finishing
• Mechanical Set-up
• Conduit Installation and Wire Pulling
• Electrical Connections and Systems Troubleshooting

We use tools and equipment ranging from backhoes and dump trucks to concrete saws and welders to screwdrivers and paint brushes . . . to brooms and shovels. We need somebody who already knows how to do this stuff and is familiar with working on these types of job sites. And we need someone who works well with people – interacting with customers and the rest of our team. And beyond all of this, it is important for us to find people who are eager to learn and grow and improve as we go.
